Booking live music, answered
Straight answers for venue owners, event planners and city recreation teams.
How much does it cost to book a live band?
Local bar and restaurant gigs usually run $250 to $1,000 for a solo act or duo and $500 to $2,500 for a full band. Festivals, amphitheaters and large private events often budget $2,500 or more per act. Every shortlist includes quoted fees so you can compare before you commit.
How fast will I get a shortlist?
Most requests get a shortlist of three to five acts within 48 hours. For a full season, such as a monthly summer concert series, we plan the whole lineup with you on a short call.
Is there a cost to request talent?
No. Requesting a shortlist is free. When you confirm an act, a booking fee of 10% of the artist fee applies (12% for seasons and festivals, 15% for private events). Artists pay nothing.
Where do you book?
We hand match requests across the United States, with our deepest artist rosters in Salt Lake City, Las Vegas and Southern California. Tell us your city and we will source acts who play your area.
Can you book a full concert series or festival lineup?
Yes. Share your dates, stage and production setup, budget per show and the crowd you want to draw, and we will build a balanced lineup across genres and dates.
What do I need to provide as a venue?
Your date, location, budget, the sound and stage setup you have, set length and any paperwork your organization requires, such as a W-9, contract template or certificate of insurance.
Are you a band, artist or DJ?
