Alwayz on the Run

About Alwayz on the Run

Alwayz on the Run is the explosive new project from the powerhouse musical collective Hope’s Anchor. Born out of a deep-seated reverence for retro-rock royalty, this tribute project is a masterclass in the soul-stirring, guitar-shredding, genre-bending catalog of the legendary Lenny Kravitz. With an uncompromising commitment to authenticity, Alwayz on the Run channels the raw energy, vintage warmth, and unmistakable swagger that defined an era of rock and roll. The Sound & The Vibe This isn't just a cover set; it’s a full-throttle sonic time machine. The band meticulously recreates the signature Kravitz blend of 1960s psychedelic soul, hard rock, funk, and modern groove. Fans can expect to hear the massive hits that shaped generations, executed with pristine musicianship and infectious stage presence: The Anthems: "Are You Gonna Go My Way," "Fly Away," and "American Woman" The Deep Grooves: "It Ain't Over 'til It's Over," "Always on the Run," and "Mr. Cab Driver" The Soulful Ballads: "Again" and "Let Love Rule" Why This Project? The musicians of Hope’s Anchor have always drawn inspiration from artists who defy boundaries. Lenny Kravitz’s message of unity, freedom, and raw emotional honesty perfectly aligns with the band's musical DNA. Alwayz on the Run was created to celebrate that spirit—bringing people together under the universal language of a killer guitar riff and a heavy groove. "We wanted to capture more than just the notes; we wanted to capture the sweat, the style, and the undeniable retro-cool that Lenny brings to the stage. It’s about keeping that authentic rock 'n' roll spirit alive and kicking."
